Are pets allowed?
Regrettably animals are not admitted.

Are there any cots in the hotel? What’s the price?
We have a limited number of cots. You can request or enquire conditions directly with the hotel. This service is not free.

Is there a garage in the hotel? How much it costs?
We have an indoor parking. The price depends on the season.

How far is the beach?
The beach is in 150m from the hotel.

Is there wi-fi? What’s the price?
The hotel has free wi-fi service in the hall. The password is given in the reception.

What is the check out time?
Latest check out time for leaving the apartment is 11:00h. Anyway the rest of the hotel’s facilities can be used and we will be in charged of your lugagge.

What is the check in time?
Check in time is from 2 pm.In case of all inclusive board, the service starts at 12:00 o’clock of arrival date and finishes at 12:00 of departure day.

Is there a lugagge room?
Certainly. The hotel has a lugagge room service for our clients.

Is the reception open 24h?
Yes, we operate a 24h reception.

Are credit cards accepted?
Yes we accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. We don’t accept American Express.

Do I have to show my ID during check in?
According to the law it is compulsory to present identification documents by all the occupants of the apartment.
